It has been a long time coming, but we anticipate the opening of the first Ashtyn's Seafood House in Columbus in Fall 2021. The goal of the ASH is to be the first restaurant 100% committed to using US-Sourced Seafood (including the shrimp and fish we raise at our family farm, TOFA). We are also dedicated to using 100% US-Sourced Ingredients, focusing on at least 75% of which is from local Ohio farms.
By reducing the number of hands between farmers and the consumers, we will offer the freshest ingredients possible with more reasonable prices, healthy meals in the $10-45 range. Like how we do at the farm, we will still offer a grocery aspect where you can take the same raw ingredients home and cook yourselves. All of this while reducing your food source carbon foodprint.
Once the 1st restaurant is open, we will open back up the Pataskala farm for a seafood marketplace daily.
